Blog Launch Intro + Na-Po-Wri-Mo-A-K-Ammo: Foreword

Welcome to my blog, innit.

Hopefully the content here will be interesting, thought-provoking, insightful, intriguing - all the adjectives but boring. The first series of posts will be a load of poems for April, which happens to be #NaPoWriMo (National Poetry Writing Month), where on each day of the month you take it upon yourself to write one [complete] poem a day. It's a challenge I've attempted before but either not completed or not initiated properly. This year with the new blog site - a subset of my developing website - I am looking to change that. I have taken up the challenge and the mantle. May this be the first of many successful ventures and completed endeavours.

Also this site will change a bit over the course of the month as I construct the rest of the website around these posts. As such I hope you'll forgive all the digital scaffolding and electronically noisy building works. Hopefully the writing here - beginning with this post - will be worth it. All will be right, and all will be peng (iA) by the end of this month (hopefully by the end of this 14-day free trial otherwise it'll be peak for man). I also aim to change the URL soon once I get the grip of this. If/when I do, I'll let you know, but don't let all that worry you at the moment (if you don't care, then that's calm, still). 

I'll be posting my first poem of the month later today. Until then, remain blessed: more oil for your lamps, grease for your elbows, and salve for your eyes. As you've come here to support, may support never depart you.
